Who can sign in. One person can have several Google accounts — link them and every one of them opens the same cabinet (same name, meetings, practice, role). Invited emails may sign in regardless of the domains above.

Joins Google Meet by link (Invite bot under a meeting's title) and records it. It uses its own Google account: meetings closed to guests let it knock, meetings of its own domain let it straight in. Leaves when the call ends or it is left alone.

Connect the bot's calendar and it is enough to invite the bot's address to a meeting: it joins at the start and the recording lands with the organiser (or the first teammate on the guest list).

Calls are placed from the browser and recorded on two tracks, like meetings. Create a dedicated key in the Twilio Console → Account → API keys & tokens (type Standard) — the account Auth Token is not needed. Allow the countries you call under Voice → Settings → Geo permissions.
